Performed AS-IS analysis for current state of requirements management in the Customer's organization. Next techniques were used: interviews, surveys, analyzing the documentation and so on. Based on world software development best practices, optimal approaches to requirements management were designed. Afterwards, optimal requirements management system was proposed for future use.
