During project, domestic high threshold membrane was created. The method used is usage of two nano size (metal and (or) an oxide) layers delivered onto a substrate by magnetron sputtering.
Технологии:
The technology uses method of ion-plasma or magnetron spraying a membrane with nano size metal layers (to protect from exposure to light) and aluminum or silicon oxide (to achieve the high threshold properties).
