Providing the national services from the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation as web services. The system operates based on integration with United Portal for External Economic Information of Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and the united system of inter institutional interaction (Russian brand name is pronounced as "SMEV").During the project, synchronic and asynchrony Web-services were realized. They were passed through the federal registration procedure. Now they are taken in industrial use in the list of available federal electronic services of Russian Federation.Currently the developed capabilities are supported by Finecosoft.

During project, domestic high threshold membrane was created. The method used is usage of two nano size (metal and (or) an oxide) layers delivered onto a substrate by magnetron sputtering.
The technology uses method of ion-plasma or magnetron spraying a membrane with nano size metal layers (to protect from exposure to light) and aluminum or silicon oxide (to achieve the high threshold properties).
